Checkpointr Data Deletion

Request deletion of data without deleting your account.

Use this page if you want Checkpointr to delete selected data connected to your account while keeping the account itself active.

How to request data deletion

Send a request to support@checkpointr.com using the button above and clearly describe the data you want deleted.

  • Include your Checkpointr username and the email address connected to your account.
  • Describe exactly which data should be deleted.
  • If possible, include links, titles, dates, or other identifiers that help us find the data faster.
  • We may ask you to verify account ownership before we process the request.

Data you can request us to delete

  • Specific user-generated content such as checkpoints, reviews, comments, replies, list items, and other content associated with your account.
  • Specific uploaded media, such as profile images, banners, group images, list images, or other content uploads associated with your account.
  • Selected integration-related data, such as Steam-linked content, where applicable.
  • Other account-linked data that you identify in your request and that we are able to verify and process.

What may be retained

  • Your account itself, unless you separately request full account deletion.
  • Data not included in your deletion request.
  • Limited records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or enforcement of platform rules.
  • Data that cannot be immediately removed from backups may remain until routine backup expiration, after which it is overwritten or expires according to normal retention cycles.
